Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Understanding of data engineering processes.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is critical.
• Experience in early-stage startups with a hands-on approach.
• Strong curiosity and active use of AI tools in their workflow.
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Knowledge of the modern data space.
• Must have experience building and launching products 0 to 1 for technical users.
• Experience as a PM in an early stage startup (ideally Seed - Series B).
• Worked on native GenAI products, not just AI features layered on existing products.
• Previous experience as a data engineer.
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack (e.g., ELT, warehousing, orchestration, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, etc.).
• Uses AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) in daily workflows.
• Knowledge of AI tech (LLMs, RAG architectures, AI evaluation).

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree in math, computer science, or similar (important for more junior candidates).

Responsibilities

• Build and launch products from concept to market, specifically for technical users.
• Develop and manage AI-native GenAI products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI tools and technologies into product development.
• Understand and apply knowledge of the modern data stack.
• Utilize AI coding tools in daily workflows.
• Stay current with AI technologies such as LLMs and RAG architectures.
