Senior Product Manager - Agentic Commerce
About The Position

We leverage emerging technologies to deliver innovations that enhance how customers pay, travel, dine, and experience the brand. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of Agentic Commerce capabilities for our Card Members. This Senior Product Manager will focus on the strategy and execution of the frameworks, features, and services that enable seamless, secure transactions across various channels. This person will build a strong command of emerging agentic commerce protocols, existing card payments infrastructure, and new interaction models. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams, this Product Manager will shape intuitive and delightful commerce journeys powered by AI agents.
Requirements
- Senior Product Manager experience
- Experience with Agentic Commerce capabilities
- Familiarity with emerging agentic commerce protocols
- Understanding of existing card payments infrastructure
- Experience with new interaction models
- Ability to partner closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams
