About The Position

Within Song, the Customer Technology – Commerce practice helps organizations design, build, and scale modern digital commerce ecosystems that deliver personalized, seamless, and intelligent customer experiences. We integrate commerce platforms, customer data, marketing technology, and AI-powered decisioning to transform how brands engage customers across channels. By embedding Generative AI and Agentic AI into commerce operations, we enable real-time personalization, autonomous merchandising, dynamic pricing, campaign orchestration, and revenue growth at scale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience delivering transformation in digital commerce, customer technology, or marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI in production.
  • Experience embedding AI within commerce platforms, CDPs, CRM, or MarTech ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
  • Experience integrating AI with enterprise API gateways and composable commerce architectures.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and tool invocation standards (e.g., schema-driven function execution, MCP).
  • Practical experience with FastAPI, Databricks (AI/BI Genie, LLM-as-a-Judge, Mosaic AI Gateway), and cloud-native architectures.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning, adaptive decision systems, and personalization engines.
  • Proven success leading AI programs from design through enterprise deployment.
  • Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and performance monitoring standards.
  • Strong consulting leadership skills including stakeholder management, executive communication, and commercial solutioning.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across Experience, Commerce, Data, and Engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead next-generation Agentic Commerce transformations, embedding AI-driven orchestration into digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Work at the intersection of commerce platforms, customer experience, data, and AI, delivering measurable revenue and growth outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Song teams across Commerce, Marketing, Experience Design, and Customer Data Platforms.
  • Shape and scale differentiated AI-powered commerce accelerators and reusable frameworks.
  • Drive enterprise adoption of Agentic AI within omnichannel customer journeys and digital operating models.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions embedded within digital commerce and customer technology ecosystems.
  • Combine deep technical expertise with consulting leadership to deliver growth-focused transformation programs.
  • Define enterprise-level Agentic Commerce strategies, aligning AI orchestration with digital commerce roadmaps.
  • Architect scalable, modular, and interoperable multi-agent systems across commerce platforms.
  • Establish unified commerce data foundations across customer, product, transaction, behavioral, pricing, and operational datasets.
  • Drive integration of AI decision engines into digital commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, SAP CX, Salesforce Commerce, Composable Commerce architectures).
  • Design and lead development of multi-agent ecosystems that coordinate predictive models, optimization engines, LLM-driven reasoning, and decision APIs.
  • Embed AI into personalization engines, campaign management platforms, product recommendation systems, dynamic pricing and promotions, and conversational commerce interfaces.
  • Architect event-driven, API-first, cloud-native AI systems for real-time inference.
  • Define governance models for autonomous and semi-autonomous commerce AI systems.
  • Establish guardrails for Responsible AI, bias monitoring, drift detection, explainability, and performance observability.
  • Ensure secure deployment aligned to enterprise risk and compliance policies.
  • Lead deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
  • Utilize FastAPI for modular services and Databricks for scalable AI workflows.
  • Integrate vector databases, distributed knowledge systems, and state management solutions (e.g., Redis).
  • Ensure production readiness using CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployment models.
  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders to position Agentic Commerce as a growth accelerator.
  • Develop executive presentations, value cases, roadmaps, and ROI models.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Commerce AI programs including solution design, resource planning, governance, and risk management.
  • Mentor consultants and build hands-on capability in Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
  • Contribute to internal commerce AI accelerators and go-to-market offerings.
