Senior Product Managers at Zolo are leaders and builders of mission-critical business areas. As the Senior PM, Agent Performance & Network, you are the architect of our "Elite Force." You are not just managing a system; you are re-engineering the professional standards for the real estate industry. The focus is on Network Optimization and Productivity, aiming to drive the highest possible efficiency from the agent force. Leveraging a partnership with a best-in-class, outsourced CRM, you will orchestrate a high-performance ecosystem where the agents are positioned for maximum success. You will also lead the strategic exploration of Agent Monetization, building the first generation of premium products and services that provide tangible value to professional partners. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will take full responsibility for the "Transaction" North Star, ensuring Zolo’s vast traffic is converted through a seamless, high-velocity engine.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of success in high-growth marketplaces, Sales-Tech, or FinTech.
  • Mastery of Sales Efficiency: Proven experience managing large professional networks or sales forces using enterprise-grade CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficient in SQL or data visualization tools; you must be able to independently extract insights and drive evidence-based decisions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in building monetization strategies or B2B professional services.
  • Outcome-Focused: A track record of moving lagging business metrics (revenue per head, conversion rates) rather than just shipping features.

Responsibilities

  • Build Agent Monetization Products: Lead the transition from a free lead-gen model to a value-driven professional suite, identifying and launching revenue-generating services that agents are eager to adopt.
  • Manage Network Health: Oversee the agent ecosystem day in and day out to ensure the "supply" is lean, high-performing, and achieving peak transaction velocity.
  • Execute Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify performance bottlenecks. You will independently fetch your own reports and translate complex datasets into outcome-focused product strategies.
  • Expand the Partner Ecosystem: Manage the integration and performance of specialized 3rd-party boutique brokerages, ensuring they meet Zolo's rigorous standards for conversion and expertise.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Master our best-in-class, outsourced CRM to drive agent discipline, streamline complex workflows, and ensure the platform acts as a total productivity multiplier.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with Operations, Strategy, and external vendors to turn business objectives into a crisp, actionable product roadmap.
