Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our 'Inbound' dev team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of our suite of inbound data services. As a product leader for our global SaaS platform, you will collaborate with various teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations. Your main focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and prioritizing features that provide the most value to them. Additionally, you will participate in refinement sessions, planning meetings, competitive analysis, and the execution of planned work, while maintaining and communicating the inbound team roadmap.

• Design, develop, and deploy the suite of inbound data services
• Interact with the engineering team, marketing team, sales team, and operations
• Occasionally interact with the executive team as a strategic counselor
• Ensure constant customer satisfaction and prioritize valuable features
• Run refinement sessions and planning ceremonies with the inbound dev team
• Participate in prioritization meetings with the product team
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
• Design requirements for new features
• Facilitate the execution of planned work
• Maintain and communicate the inbound team roadmap for 2 quarters ahead
• Solid experience as a PM, preferably for a SaaS company
• Work closely with a development team as a product leader
• Write and own product roadmaps
• Participate in multiple end-to-end deliveries of new products
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.
