Senior Product Manager

This job is for a Senior Product Manager at dYdX, a company focused on building decentralized technology for global financial markets. The role involves leading the product development lifecycle for consumer and institution facing features, conducting user research, and analyzing data to understand user needs. The Senior Product Manager will also be responsible for defining roadmaps, speccing out features, and working with engineers and designers to ship products. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of product management experience, a strong technical background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Lead the full product development lifecycle for key consumer and institution facing features
• Conduct user research and analyze data to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvements
• Define roadmaps, spec out features, and work with engineers and designers to ship products
• Ensure accountability and measure success for key objectives by defining KPI requirements
• Have 3+ years of product management experience owning end to end product lifecycles
• Have a strong technical background with 2+ years of engineering experience
• Be able to execute in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment
• Have strong product instincts

• Competitive salary range of $155K to $220K (NY)
• Compensation subject to experience and location
