Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on delivering user-centric products and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Solid technical understanding of software development, APIs, AI tools, and modern product architecture.
  • Hands-on experience working with AI/LLM solutions, agents, prompt engineering, or similar technologies (Claude, Claude Code оr Claude Agent SDK).
  • Ability to translate business needs into product initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver results quickly.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI evaluation methods, and enterprise tool integrations is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, modern data platforms, RAG systems, MCP, or multi-agent architectures is highly desirable.
  • Background in strategy, consulting, marketplaces, mobility, or other complex business domains is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to identify high-impact business challenges and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver AI agents and workflows that improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
  • Design end-to-end solutions, including agent architecture, prompts, integrations, automation logic, monitoring, and success metrics.
  • Build and prototype AI-powered solutions using modern agent frameworks and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Develop intelligent systems for automation, analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, monitoring, and decision support across the organization.
  • Continuously measure performance, optimize outcomes, and ensure every solution delivers tangible business value.
