Requirements

  • Experience developing products in industries that are subject to regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 9 - 12 years of experience in marketing, sales or product development (engineering)

Responsibilities

  • Managing our fire service respiratory protection equipment for the NFPA market through the full product lifecycle.
  • Deeply understand our customers’ needs and NFPA market dynamics so that you can translate those learnings into best-in-class, differentiated fire service respiratory protection experiences.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to ensure the health of the product group and the team, helping to balance long-term strategic considerations and product development with near- and mid-term opportunities and challenges in a high-pressure, opinionated environment.
