YOUR ROLE The Product Line Manager (PLM) at Stio® executes seasonal product commercialization, line plan management & go-to-market communication for assigned categories within the mountain apparel line. The PLM translates market intelligence, sales data & consumer insights into line plan recommendations that support revenue growth, margin targets & assortment efficiency. The PLM manages the seasonal line plan in Centric, maintaining data integrity & information flow from line plan to forecasting, demand planning & marketing. The PLM builds product briefs, develops GTM presentation materials & communicates product positioning, features & end use to cross-functional partners. The PLM has key accountabilities in seasonal timeline adherence, MSRP validation, margin proposal development & cross-departmental asset creation. The PLM partners with Design on product architecture & aesthetic direction, with Development on product execution & timeline coordination, with Merchandising on assortment alignment & channel needs, and with Marketing on go-to-market positioning & storytelling.The PLM reports to the Product Line Director; Domestic travel required 30% of the year.
