We're Hiring: Senior Product Designer Working model: Remote | Type: Full-time Accepted is a software and digital transformation services firm helping clients accelerate innovation in Finance, Energy, Gaming, Telco, and beyond . We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to strengthen our remote delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in all aspects of product design, designing for multiple platforms (responsive web, Android & iOS)
- 5+ years of visual design experience, with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function
- Proficiency with industry standard design tools (e,g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc) for the creation of artifacts and presentations
- An online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
- Degree in design engineering, human computer interaction, product design, interaction design, or a related field or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX design principles and methodologies as they relate to software development
- Closely collaborating with UX Researchers to support user testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and accessibility/usability assessments, while contributing to rapid prototyping and user-centered design improvements
- Experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional agile/scrum teams
- Demonstrated experience proving designs, hypotheses, and recommendations through the use of data or validated evidence, and providing commercial rationale for design decisions
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces and end-to-end user experiences aligned with latest trends
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-validated design decisions and rationale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation
- Own and evolve scalable Design Systems, ensuring consistency across web and native platforms
- Integrate AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, ideation, and prototyping while maintaining design excellence
- Actively participate in design rituals and community to foster feedback and continuous improvement
