About The Position

Archy is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance the visual intuitiveness, functionality, and groundbreaking nature of its dental practice management platform. As the company experiences rapid growth, there is a need for scalable design solutions, including a user-centered design philosophy, efficient design processes, and robust design systems. The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in shaping engaging experiences for dentists, their staff, and patients, with the opportunity to directly impact the business in a fast-growing, early-stage startup environment.

Requirements

8+ years of Product Design Experience in fast-growing startup environments (B2C and B2B), ideally within FinTech, HealthTech, or complex SaaS platforms.
A strong portfolio showcasing successfully launched projects with strategic, conceptual, and high-fidelity creative thinking.
Proficiency in end-to-end design, including user research, complex UX logic mapping, and UI execution.
Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and scaling a design system with lean, reusable components.
Extensive experience using AI and data tools for rapid prototyping, informing product requirements, conducting customer research, and performing deep-dive analysis.
Advanced mastery of Figma, including UI handoff, design system management, and advanced prototyping.
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints for effective collaboration with engineers.
Deep familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG).
Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating complex needs into product solutions.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, embrace ownership, and a 'do whatever it takes' attitude.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end UX/UI for the comprehensive dental platform, integrating diverse workflows and data into a cohesive user experience.
Apply systems thinking to architect scalable design frameworks that enhance the unified platform.
Integrate AI tools into the design process for rapid prototyping, user data analysis, wireframing, and copy generation.
Explore and champion emerging AI design technologies to optimize workflows and foster innovation.
Conduct user research directly with dentists and practices to gather feedback and translate problems into design solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from ideation to implementation, ensuring technical feasibility and user experience.
Operate with high autonomy, proactively identifying product friction points and defining design strategies.
Apply creative problem-solving to technical constraints, bridging business goals, engineering realities, and human-centric design.
