Currently, the company offers businesses a virtual address and a dashboard for managing physical mail online. Over 15,000 companies, including Brex, Doordash, and Gusto, utilize Stable for mailroom automation and to serve as their official business address with the IRS, state agencies, and vendors. Requirements

6+ years of experience in product design at fast-moving companies.
Experience as a product design generalist, comfortable with research, UI design, and systems thinking.
Interest in emerging design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
Strong project management skills and a track record of driving projects to completion.
Excellent design foundations (hierarchy, layout, typography, interaction design).
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to break down complex problems into clear, iterative milestones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Hunt for data and customer opportunities by leveraging internal tools and collaborating with the Data team.
Speak directly with users to understand their pain points and needs.
Make product decisions by balancing intuition, data, and research.
Own and challenge business goals while advocating for customers.
Craft early concepts and make final refinements in design tools or code.
Partner closely with engineering teams ('pods') to deliver customer and business value.
Contribute to and evolve the design system, creating reusable patterns.
Use LLM code assistants to improve product quality and customer experience.
Design solutions that bridge software interfaces and real-world operations.
Stay curious about new tools and workflows (including AI, LLMs, generative technology) and improve design delivery.
Automate tedious, repetitive design tasks to focus on the human side of design.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the design process.
