Senior Product Designer
About The Position
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Paraform and help shape the future of hiring. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and our founders to design intuitive products and influence the hundreds of billions spent on staffing and recruiting per year. This is a chance to help build and design the next great marketplace (e.g., Airbnb, Uber). Your work will impact thousands of people as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives: finding their next role. You'll be part of a small, high-leverage team where your design decisions have immediate product and customer impact.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a product designer (focusing on web)
- 2+ years at a start-up or enterprise with a best-in-class design culture (e.g., Notion, Linear, Glean), ideally in B2B software or marketplaces
- Has executed end-to-end product design: user research, prototyping, shipping product
- Designed best-in-class B2C or B2B products from scratch on an end-to-end effort
- Strong in Figma and other design tools
- Experience integrating AI into workflows, or at minimum interested in bringing in Claude and other modern tools to enable iteration and implementation
- Low ego, and able to learn from feedback
- Capable of collaborating deeply with EPD teams, ops teams, and customers to influence design architecture

- Experience integrating AI tools into design and product workflows
- Experience designing B2B software or marketplace products
Responsibilities
- Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life
- Build our design system and component library from scratch
- Work directly with founders to ship fast and iterate based on feedback
- Split your time roughly 30% research/testing and 70% design
