About The Position
The Senior Product Designer role is a critical hire to execute on the OASIS roadmap for GIS. The platform has reached a scale of complexity that exceeds the capacity of a single Product Designer to manage effectively. With GA delivered in March 2026 and active onboarding of 100+ global commercial accounts and Lighthouse clients underway, the design workload spans an evolving internal operator persona, an expanding agentic AI catalogue, customer-driven feature requirements, and ongoing platform-level UX enhancements across the business globally. A Senior Product Designer would provide the design capacity needed to progress multiple workstreams in parallel, maintain quality and consistency across the product experience, and ensure that design keeps pace with the rigour and velocity the programme demands. Without this resource, design risk remains concentrated in a single individual — creating a bottleneck that limits the team's ability to deliver and respond to emerging priorities across an expanding portfolio.
