About The Position

Chamberlain Group (CG) is a global leader in intelligent access and a Blackstone portfolio company. Powered by our myQ technology, we make access simple and secure for millions of homeowners, businesses, and communities worldwide. This is a Senior Product Designer role within Chamberlain Group’s Experience Design group. This role will work alongside other Product Designers, Industrial Designers, and Researchers, and take ownership of complex, end-to-end design problems across myQ’s mobile, web, and connected-hardware experiences. In this role, the Senior Product Designer will be required to think in systems, moving fluidly between strategy and pixel-level craft. They will be required to conduct user research and use modern AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to move faster from idea to validated solution. They’ll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering, to take a problem from discovery through shipped, measurable outcomes. They will also operate and have influence across multiple product teams, mentor other designers, and help raise the bar for design quality and process across the organization.
