About The Position

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is committed to creating innovations that bring comfort, safety, and sustainability to life. Through cutting-edge advancements in climate solutions such as temperature control, air quality, and transportation, Carrier improves lives, empowers critical industries, and ensures the safe transport of food, lifesaving medicines, and more. Since inventing modern air conditioning in 1902, Carrier leads with purpose: enhancing the lives we live and the world we share. The Digital Products and Experiences (DPX) team at Carrier explores the future of comfort in the home, seeking ways to help homeowners better heat, cool, and care for their living spaces, making residential environments more efficient, sustainable, and responsive. DPX builds connected platforms and products that use data to solve complex, real-world problems, with deeply cross-functional teams comprising product managers, engineers, researchers, strategists, and designers. As a Senior Product Designer within DPX, you will own meaningful product design work end-to-end, operating with autonomy while partnering closely with product, engineering, and research. You will influence design quality, systems thinking, and team outcomes without formal people-management responsibility. This is a remote role based within the East Coast region.
