Help shape the end-to-end experience of Moloco’s Commerce Media products by designing intuitive, data-informed workflows that enable retailers and merchants to unlock the full value of their advertising and retail media programs. This is a senior IC role with meaningful autonomy and influence. You'll help shape the team's roadmap, navigate ambiguity, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to craft experiences that directly drive business outcomes and growth for Moloco Commerce Media.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional product design experience, shipping complex product experiences in B2B, analytics, fintech, or adtech/commerce platforms at scale.
  • A track record of framing ambiguous problems and using research, data, and experimentation to refine solutions over time.
  • Comfortable using AI across your daily design practice from discovery, ideation, to validation.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively, using storytelling and prototypes to make complex concepts legible and align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Data) to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to drive product quality and usability across complex and analytical surfaces.
  • Strong interaction and product design craft, with a high bar for shipping production-quality work.
  • Track record of working with or contributing to a design system, evolving patterns as the product matures.
  • A growth mindset. You seek feedback often, change your mind when the evidence says to, take ownership of outcomes, and stay productive when priorities shift.

Responsibilities

  • Define and iterate on core product experiences across Moloco Commerce Media — from advertiser-facing campaign management to retailer-facing admin tools — balancing usability with the realities of a complex, data-heavy product.
  • Translate ambiguous, multi-sided problems into clear workflows, interaction patterns, and prototypes that move product strategy forward.
  • Lead end-to-end design cycles from discovery through prototyping and shipped execution in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data.
  • Push the product forward beyond where it is today by surfacing opportunities, advocating for new bets, and helping decide what we build next.
  • Mentoring other designers and contributing to strengthening the team culture.
