At Leap, we’re on a mission to transform the home improvement industry. We build technology that helps contractors work smarter, scale faster, and deliver better experiences to their customers. When you join Leap, you’ll work alongside curious minds, bold innovators, and thoughtful risk-takers who care deeply about doing great work and doing it together. Our culture is transparent, supportive, and grounded in approachable leadership. We actively listen to our employees through semi-annual engagement surveys, maintain a strong eNPS score, and consistently act on feedback to improve what’s working and where we can do better. We believe great work happens when people are supported outside of work, which is why we offer comprehensive benefits and wellness resources for you and your family. Take the Leap today and help shape what’s next. We're building Leap Crew, an agentic platform for the trades, which is the biggest product bet at Leap. The idea is that the software captures the work as it happens, AI agents absorb the routine data-entry and busywork contractors pay for with their time today, and the contractor stays in control the whole way. Done right, it hands a roofer or a window installer back hours of their week. The design canvas here is wide open. Leap Crew has no dedicated designer yet, which means its interaction model is still largely yours to define. How do you make an AI agent something a contractor actually trusts with their business? What does it show when it's unsure? What happens when it's wrong in front of a homeowner? Those questions don't have textbook answers yet. We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to help write them. The people you design for run real businesses in demanding conditions. A rep closing a $30,000 job at a kitchen table. An installer in a truck with bad signal. An owner deciding whether to trust a number the software just generated. Get the design right and you move their close rate, their cash flow, and how confidently they grow. Get it wrong and they feel it fast. AI raises the stakes on both sides: done well it's a real advantage for the contractor, done carelessly it erodes trust that took years to earn. As the senior designer on Leap Crew, you'll own its design end to end. You'll work on a senior team where product and engineering operate as one, and you'll be the design voice in the room from the first sketch. Within your first year, the first cohort of contractors should be live on Leap Crew and measurably spending less of their day on data entry, with an agentic interaction model the rest of the team designs against. You'll have killed some directions on evidence. When the teams closest to contractors, in CS, Sales, and Marketing, hit a hard product problem, they'll come to you for a designer's take on it.
