As one of North America’s fastest-growing sports brands, Brodie League is redefining adult recreational basketball by delivering an elevated, professional-quality experience rooted in culture, competition, and community. Our mission is to make every league night the best night of the week for our athletes. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of the Brodie app’s engagement and retention layer. You'll design progression systems including XP, levels, badges, archetypes, challenges, rewards, and re-engagement experiences that keep athletes connected to the league between game nights. This is a high-impact role with ownership of one of the most important product initiatives on our roadmap and a hard Fall 2026 launch deadline. You’ll work directly with our Product Design Director, CEO, and app Engineering team in fast product cycles - taking features from problem to wireframe to high-fidelity prototype to shipped product, then iterating based on real player behaviour. The right person is a systems thinker who designs fast, communicates clearly, and uses modern tools - including AI - to multiply their output.
