•$171,000 - $198,000

About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is building an in-house product design practice as part of a broad digital transformation. The role is involved from discovery through delivery and iteration, shaping solutions for planning, manufacturing, logistics, customer fulfillment, operational platforms, decision-support tools, and emerging AI-enabled experiences. Work focuses on real user needs and improving efficiency, visibility, and outcomes across the supply chain. Designers partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers. They translate user needs and business context into experience direction, create and communicate design artifacts, contribute to research and testing, apply and develop shared design systems and accessibility standards, and support high-quality implementation and post-launch iteration. The role calls for strong product thinking, design craft, systems thinking, a builder mindset, and clear cross-disciplinary communication. The position is based in the United States, with Atlanta listed as a city. Travel is required 0%–25%, and relocation is provided. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring current or future employment sponsorship.
