Within Aircall, we are launching a specialized New Product Unit to build the future of autonomous sales. We are improving the AI Orchestration Layer—a system that records and understands every customer interaction (calls, video, email, WhatsApp) to autonomously execute sales workflows: CRM updates, follow-ups, task creation, and coaching insights. Our long-term vision is to evolve this into a self-improving, agentic Sales OS—where specialized AI agents collaborate, coordinate, and continuously optimize the revenue process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior product design experience, ideally shipping complex B2B/SaaS or AI products.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates mastery of UX and UI — you know the good practices, the good patterns, and when to break them.
  • Fluency in Figma and modern design-system thinking.
  • Comfort designing for ambiguity: novel AI interactions, data-heavy workflows, and products that change weekly.
  • Strong sense of interaction detail, visual craft, and information hierarchy.
  • You are fast. You ship, iterate, and learn rather than polish in a vacuum.
  • You are extremely accountable — you own outcomes, not just deliverables.
  • You think like a founder: you make trade-offs, prioritize ruthlessly, and move.
  • You challenge constructively and stay close to real users and their real problems.
  • You're excited about AI as a design material, not just a feature.
  • Communication skills are a must — you'll sync constantly with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Business; you need to be willing to stay close to our users and their real problems.
  • Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the experience: Drive the end-to-end product experience — flows, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI — for a complex AI product used daily by sales teams.
  • Fix the legacy: Audit and systematically improve the experience and visual debt we've accumulated while moving fast, raising the overall quality bar without halting momentum.
  • Design what's next: Translate the agentic, AI-native vision into concrete, usable interfaces — making novel AI interactions feel obvious and trustworthy.
  • Design system: Build and evolve a pragmatic, scalable design system in Figma that lets us ship consistently and fast.
  • AI-augmented workflow: Make AI a core part of your daily craft — to design and prototype faster, brainstorm and explore more directions, and accelerate the everyday work. We expect you to push how far AI can take a designer's workflow.
  • Stay close to the client: Talk to users, sit in on calls, dig into product data, and surface the real problems worth solving — independently or alongside the team.
  • Partner and challenge: Work hand-in-hand with the tech team and product founder; bring strong, well-reasoned opinions and the willingness to push back and explore alternatives together.
  • Make trade-offs: Decide what to ship now versus later, what's worth the craft, and what's good enough — and communicate those decisions clearly.
  • Work with engineering: Collaborate tightly with frontend engineers (NextJS, Tailwind) to ensure what ships matches the intent and feels right in the hands of users.
