About The Position

Mariana Tek is a leading vertical SaaS platform that enables boutique fitness studios to run their businesses with ease, save time and increase revenue. Mariana Tek empowers class-based boutique fitness studios to increase sales performance and overall productivity by managing all aspects of their daily operations. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team focused on Mariana Tek, our platform designed for boutique fitness businesses. You'll create intuitive design solutions that support studios with end-to-end business management capabilities (spanning class scheduling, booking, inventory management, point-of-sale, etc.) as well as deliver world class consumer experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with user needs and business goals. This position offers opportunities for growth, allowing you to lead complex design initiatives while pushing the boundaries of product strategy and visual craft.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma (our primary tool) and Design Thinking
• Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, research questions, and user surveys
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to inform design decisions
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers about technical constraints and opportunities
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable, actionable design solutions
• Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Lead or Senior role is highly preferred
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Familiarity with the use of AI in design, research, and copy (e.g., Co-pilot, Figma Make, Miro AI)
• Proficiency in front-end coding (e.g., HTML, CSS) for prototyping or component development
