In this role, you'll be designing new product offerings for a new customer experience on Amazon. We're looking for a design leader who: Can think big, concept and design new products of proven customer value Is highly technical and can design solutions that remove customer pain-points Can invent new experiences and leverage technology to delight customers Can work with a cross-functional team to develop and execute Can design and deliver experiments that evolve into new learnings Can think, act and design for a global customer. In this role, you'll drive customer-centric innovation while building your strategic influence across all organizational levels. You'll champion design decisions through compelling data narratives and customer insights, presenting to senior leadership, mentoring team members, and influencing cross-functional partners. Your ability to transform limitations into innovative solutions will set you apart as a problem-solver who delivers results. You'll shape product direction by deeply understanding the Amazon customer base, competitive landscape, and industry trends. This role is on a team with a vision to create innovative automotive discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon, providing customers better convenience and more selection. We're collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to define the future of how customers research and shop for cars online.
