About the team: You’ll join a 100+ person UX organization consisting of kind and talented product designers, content designers, and UX developers. About this role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Insurance Professional Servicing team supporting the modernization of our primary service tools and experiences for independent agents and customer service representatives. Under general direction, you will deliver user-centered design solutions to create best-in-class digital tools for power users aimed at increasing agent efficiency, improving satisfaction, and reducing expenses and technology costs. You'll experience a degree of autonomy as you support individual product delivery teams, while also collaborating closely with other product designers, content designers, and user researchers working across the experience. You will work with business, engineering, and product owners to understand the business vision and objectives, and collaborate daily to deliver design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll also benefit from the support of our broader UX community, where you can exchange ideas and learn from other design, content, and research practitioners.
