About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Designer to create user-centered experiences and interfaces that improve end-to-end customer journeys. This role will focus on designing innovative digital experiences that enhance usability, functionality, and overall product quality. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio, deep expertise in UX and product design, and demonstrated proficiency leveraging AI-powered design and productivity tools such as Claude, Replit, or similar technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience within a product design organization or similar environment
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design execution
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies
• Deep understanding of UX research practices
• Deep understanding of Design processes and frameworks
• Experience creating Wireframes
• Experience creating Prototypes
• Experience creating User journey maps
• Experience creating Information architecture diagrams
• Experience creating High-fidelity designs
• Demonstrated AI fluency and practical experience using tools such as Claude, Replit, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted design and productivity platforms
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and solutions
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative working style
• Core Skills: Accessibility Design, Customer Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, Product Strategy, Prototyping, Requirements Gathering, UX Research, Wireframing, Information Architecture

Responsibilities

• Create user experiences and interfaces for digital products and services
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs
• Produce design specifications ready for engineering implementation
• Ensure consistent user experiences across products and platforms
• Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze customer research, business insights, and data to inform decisions
• Conduct industry and competitive research to identify opportunities for improvement
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Design Leaders, and Cross-functional stakeholders
• Define requirements and deliver solutions that balance user and business needs
• Present design concepts, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Share best practices and contribute to the growth of the design team
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to design systems, standards, and reusable components
• Help refine design processes and team workflows
• Maintain UX resources, templates, and design guidelines
