About The Position

Accor Tech & Digital is the innovation and transformation lab of the world's leading hospitality company. With 700 Heartists®, we combine hospitality expertise with tech and digital innovation to create personalized, memorable, and sustainable experiences for customers and hotel teams across 5,500 hotels and 110 countries. This role is within the Digital Factory DBF01 – Design Convert, which designs and operates the Group's digital products. The Senior Product Designer will contribute to the evolution of booking journeys on ALL.com (web and app), focusing on the checkout process to maximize conversion. The designer will work end-to-end, from problem understanding to impact measurement, within a cross-functional team. The role involves framing product decisions, driving data-driven discovery, designing performance-oriented solutions, testing and measuring results, and raising design standards. Accor's design approach is evolving towards a broader role at the intersection of user understanding, data, and artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on AI acceleration, personalized experiences, and faster iteration cycles.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2C Product Design.
  • Experience with transactional journeys (e-commerce, booking, payment, fintech…)
  • Strong understanding of conversion and performance challenges.
  • Ability to work from data: analytics, ContentSquare, surveys (Qualtrics).
  • Hands-on experience with test & learn and A/B testing.
  • Ability to define KPIs and measure impact.
  • Strong command of Figma and Design Systems.
  • Clear and structured communication.
  • Fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Frame and guide product decisions by challenging requirements and reframing problem statements.
  • Bring a user impact and business-oriented perspective to product decisions.
  • Contribute to prioritization with Product, Tech, and Business teams.
  • Drive data-driven discovery by leveraging quantitative data (analytics, surveys, ContentSquare) and qualitative approaches (user testing, interviews).
  • Identify improvement opportunities at key moments in the journey.
  • Explore, prototype, and iterate on design solutions.
  • Define clear hypotheses and translate them into testable variants.
  • Contribute to A/B testing implementation.
  • Define objectives and success metrics upfront.
  • Analyze results and draw actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure quality through handoff and QA.
  • Leverage the Design System and contribute to its consistency.
  • Embed design best practices within product teams.
  • Promote design culture through sharing sessions, demos, and internal contributions.
