As a Senior Product Designer within our Colleague Experience Group, you will shape the employee experience across HR products and digital services that support colleagues throughout their journey (from onboarding and learning to career growth and employee support). Working closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and Operations teams, you will apply user-centered design, research, and service design practices to create intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences. You will help translate complex business processes into seamless digital solutions while identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent guidance to improve how work gets done.
