You will influence and execute a design vision across web and mobile, that helps consumers access unforgettable experiences at some of the finest hotels in the world. This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and cares deeply about craft and impact. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll report directly to the Head of Design and own the full design process — talking to users, defining problems, and crafting experiences that are both deeply considered and visually exceptional. You'll partner closely with product and engineering, champion the customer, and help set the bar for design quality as we bring a refreshed brand to life. This role demands both rigorous thinking and refined craft — the ability to understand what customers need and the skill to bring it to life in a way that feels premium and considered. This role will be in person at our energetic NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $160,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
