Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

PulsettoCapon Bridge, WV
8d$4,000 - $5,000Hybrid

About The Position

Pulsetto’s app has grown fast — in features, complexity, and importance to our business. But today, the user experience reflects multiple design directions rather than one clear product journey. We’re looking for a strong, product-minded UX/UI Designer who will take full ownership of the app experience end-to-end. Your mission is to turn Pulsetto into a clear, intuitive, and high-quality product — where every feature feels connected, every flow makes sense, and every interaction drives engagement, retention, and Premium conversion. This is not a “make it pretty” role. This is about solving real user problems, shaping product direction, and driving measurable business impact through design.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing mobile app UX/UI (not web-only or visual-only profiles)
  • Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences, not just screens
  • Hands-on experience with user research (interviews, usability testing, insights → actions)
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems
  • Ability to connect UX decisions with business impact (retention, conversion, engagement)
  • Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
  • Portfolio that shows problem-solving, thinking, and impact, not just visuals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with subscription or Premium-based products
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Experience in health, wellness, or consumer apps
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end UX/UI of the Pulsetto mobile app
  • Audit and continuously improve key user journeys (onboarding, core usage, Premium flows)
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction and opportunities
  • Translate insights into clear, intuitive product experiences
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system
  • Ensure consistency across all features and touchpoints
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality implementations
  • Contribute to product decisions with user-centric and data-informed thinking

Benefits

  • Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or fully remote if based elsewhere
  • Direct impact on product experience, retention, and revenue
  • Full ownership of UX/UI across a fast-growing produc
  • Close collaboration with other teams in the company
  • Opportunity to shape and build a scalable design system from the ground up
  • A ambitious environment where product quality matters
