About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is undergoing a significant digital transformation, and this team is central to that effort. We are establishing an in-house product design practice from the ground up, integrated within cross-functional product teams that possess genuine ownership and the authority to reshape digital experiences at one of the world's most recognized brands. This requires designers who are both forward-thinking and adept at delivering quality at speed, setting new standards rather than just meeting existing ones. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for experience design across a segment of our business, identifying and driving critical changes in collaboration with product partners. Your work will encompass everything from consumer-facing journeys to the internal tools that support sales, service, and operations. This is not a role focused on simple execution; you will be involved in discovery, shaping product direction, and ensuring quality from conception through to live deployment.
