About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is undergoing a significant digital transformation, with this organization at its core. We are establishing an in-house product design practice from the ground up, integrating it into cross-functional product teams that possess genuine ownership and the authority to reshape digital experiences at a globally recognized brand. Our goal is to assemble a high-performing team of designers capable of delivering modern, seamless user experiences that yield substantial business impact and set the standard for The Coca-Cola Company's digital transformation initiatives worldwide. This requires designers who are both forward-thinking and adept at delivering quality at speed, individuals who can establish benchmarks rather than merely meet them. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for experience design across crucial areas of our supply chain. You will identify and drive significant improvements in collaboration with product and engineering partners, shaping experiences that encompass planning, manufacturing, and logistics workflows, as well as the operational tools and insights that empower teams to make informed decisions daily. This role extends beyond simple execution; you will be actively involved in the discovery phase, contributing to the definition of what gets built, and will be accountable for delivering high-quality solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and outcomes throughout our end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of UX, product design, interaction design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs of tools or stages of design, particularly use of AI within your design process.
  • A portfolio showing shipped digital experiences that solved real problems and delivered business impact.
  • Strong artifacts and case studies that demonstrate skill maturity of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for web and mobile.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Figma MCP x Claude Code for design and prototyping.
  • Solid grounding in user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to operate effectively in empowered, cross-functional teams where you own your problem space.
  • Experience designing complex workflows, operational tools, or data-rich products.
  • Background in enterprise or ecosystem products that span multiple user roles or touchpoints, especially call center applications.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled or intelligent systems, including agentic or generative experiences.
  • Experience contributing to or building design systems and shared experience frameworks.
  • Collaborative Product Thinking: You connect user needs, business context, and technical constraints into a clear experience direction. You grasp the tradeoffs between usability, feasibility and time to value.
  • Design Craft: You apply your taste and skills to produce intuitive, accessible interaction and visual design with attention to detail and quality. AI-forward processes.
  • Builder-Mindset: This shows up in AI prototyping and iteration - You explore, concept and test ideas quickly and build conviction. You know how to use Figma MCP, Claude Code to iterate and refine ideas into concrete, holistic approaches.
  • Systems Thinking: You design for coherence across journeys, platforms, and touchpoints, not just individual screens.
  • Storytelling and Communication: You work effectively across disciplines and communicate design intent with clarity.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design for a product area or journey, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Translate user needs and business context into clear UX vision, using interaction models, flows, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals that communicate ideas and drive alignment.
  • Contribute to discovery through research synthesis, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping.
  • Work with UXR to drive user research and testing sessions to validate assumptions and refine solutions.
  • Use data and qualitative insight together to inform design decisions and prioritization.
  • Design end-to-end experiences that consider the full journey across digital and service touchpoints.
  • Apply and help build shared design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards.
  • Hold a high bar for quality, consistency, usability, and craft across everything you ship.
  • Partner with engineering to support quality implementation and iteration post-launch.
  • Communicate design intent, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners.
  • Engage in critique and feedback to raise the quality of the team's work collectively.
