Senior Product Data Analyst

Clearwave Corporation•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

The Senior Product Data Analyst supports Clearwave’s Product Management team by turning data from exports, portals, Salesforce and internal systems into reliable metrics, dashboards and analysis. The role is the analytical backbone for product initiatives in Eligibility AI, Revenue Analysis and Client Outcomes, while supporting outcome-based measurement across Scheduling, Registration, Intake and Payments. It connects healthcare operations and data analysis: the analyst must interpret patient workflows and explain how findings affect practice operations, staff time, revenue and patient satisfaction. The analyst partners with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics before development, measure outcomes after launch, build reusable reporting, and inform evidence-based prioritization. The role also maintains data quality and metric documentation, and may present outcome data in client business reviews or renewal conversations alongside Customer Success or Sales. The position works across Clearwave’s data and product environment, including Snowflake, AWS Glue, Kafka, a legacy SQL Server enterprise data warehouse, Tableau and Power BI. The role is described as hybrid in Atlanta.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, health technology or another patient-facing industry, with hands-on exposure to patient engagement, eligibility, scheduling, registration or revenue-cycle workflows.
  • Practical understanding of the patient journey through scheduling, eligibility, intake and payment, and its effects on collections, denials and patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to connect data findings to operational or financial impact and explain them in plain language to product, revenue-cycle and clinical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to present findings to non-technical, client-facing or executive audiences.
  • Comfort working with EHR, practice-management system or patient-scheduling data, and familiarity with payer/provider dynamics such as eligibility, claims and denials.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst or product analyst role; product or SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with relational databases or a data warehouse.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports with a BI or visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker, or with spreadsheet-based tools at scale.
  • Working knowledge of data structures, indexing, querying and data retrieval concepts.
  • Ability to turn loosely defined business questions into structured analysis and clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate and present CRM data.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with big data tools and languages such as Python, R, Go or Spark for data cleaning and analysis at scale.
  • Exposure to product analytics concepts, including adoption funnels, cohort analysis and activation or retention metrics, and to empowered product-team operating models.
  • Exposure to streaming and batch data-pipeline tooling such as Kafka or AWS Glue, or similar tools, and to large-scale transactional datasets.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics, including evaluating model or rules-engine output such as Drools, monitoring accuracy and drift, and translating AI performance into business metrics.
  • Experience supporting a platform migration, such as SQL Server to Snowflake or Power BI to Tableau, while maintaining reporting continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze insurance eligibility and coverage data across scheduling, pre-registration and visit stages, tracking active coverage rate, plan identification accuracy and eligibility flag clearance.
  • Monitor the accuracy and performance of AI-driven eligibility checks, including Code 42 non-response and flag resolution, and identify trends by payer, location and client.
  • Partner with the Eligibility AI product manager to define success metrics before development and report post-launch outcomes such as clean-claim impact, staff time saved and denial reduction.
  • Support revenue and opportunity modeling, including attach-rate assumptions, unit economics and renewal risk analysis.
  • Retrieve and validate Salesforce data used in opportunity models, including strategic renewals and new-logo run-rate, and flag data-mapping issues before leadership reporting.
  • Quantify and track initiative adoption and revenue contribution against goals set by product and revenue teams.
  • Build and maintain recurring client-facing and internal outcome reporting covering usage, adoption, satisfaction and business impact across product areas.
  • Consolidate Clearwave Provider Portal exports and other internal sources into consistent, reusable data models.
  • Help Product Managers document ROI for completed initiatives using adoption rates, transaction and revenue volume, and customer satisfaction data.
  • Occasionally present outcome data in client business reviews or renewal conversations alongside Customer Success or Sales.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting for Product Managers to track product-area P&L, feature usage and client adoption.
  • Translate business questions from Product, Customer Success and leadership into data pulls, visualizations and defensible recommendations that explain implications for patients, staff workflows or revenue.
  • Maintain data quality and documentation for team metrics and definitions to ensure consistency across Product Managers and reporting cycles.
  • Participate in discovery and prioritization conversations, grounding decisions in usage and outcome data.
  • Establish regular reporting for Eligibility AI, Revenue Analysis and Client Outcomes metrics with product owners.
  • Provide Product Managers with access to adoption, usage and revenue-impact data without requiring custom analyses.
  • Build documented before-and-after outcome stories, such as ROI, time saved and adoption growth, that are understandable to product and client operational stakeholders.
