About The Position

Little Journey is seeking a Senior Product Content Manager to lead their content strategy for the Trial Flow platform. Trial Flow is a participant support platform designed to simplify and enhance the clinical trial experience for participants and caregivers. It requires a hands-on approach, with opportunities to experiment with AI, shape UI content, and solve complex content challenges. This is not primarily an editorial or marketing content role. The position reports to the CPO and is part of the Product team.
