About The Position

As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer Bank at JPMorganChase, you will contribute to the success of a new deposit product by partnering with Operations and Controls teams. Requirements

3+ years of Retail Banking / Financial Services experience
3+ years of product / program management experience.
Solid understanding of the product development life cycle, including familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of audit processes, internal controls frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance related to consumer regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
Well-organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas clearly.
Team player who can build relationships and collaborate across different teams and functions.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
Self-motivated individual demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and reliability while working with moderate supervision.
Demonstrated enthusiasm, drive, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations teams to support day-to-day servicing related to the new deposit product.
Collaborate with Controls teams to ensure documentation and audit readiness, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor product performance and report on key operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the team in administrative and business management tasks related to product operations.
Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to ensure adherence to internal controls and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and compliance status.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact operations and controls.
