Senior Product and Marketing Analyst

About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Product & Marketing Analyst to be the analytics partner for our Product and Marketing teams. This is a high impact senior role: you'll own the cross-functional marketplace pulse — the holistic view that no single channel owner has — running that review yourself, while partnering with and arming channel owners for their own channel-specific performance conversations. You'll keep a constant pulse on our key marketplace metrics and proactively surface issues and opportunities before anyone has to ask. You'll also help these teams build the self-service reporting they need to move fast on their own, and own the data that powers audience targeting — keeping our Hightouch models current as we launch new audiences and catalog feeds. This role sits within the Data team and works cross-functionally day to day, embedded with Product and Marketing stakeholders while staying connected to the broader data platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an analyst role, ideally supporting product and/or marketing teams directly, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working in a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake a plus).
  • Experience building dashboards/reports in a BI tool (Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or similar).
  • Track record of running cross-functional reviews independently and partnering effectively with channel owners on their own performance conversations — comfortable owning a room and comfortable supporting someone else's.
  • Comfortable translating ambiguous stakeholder questions into a clear analysis plan without heavy direction.
  • Experience with (or strong interest in learning) marketing data/audience activation tools like Hightouch, or similar reverse-ETL/CDP platforms.
  • Familiarity with product analytics concepts (funnels, cohort analysis, feature adoption) and marketing performance metrics (campaign attribution, conversion, engagement).
  • Strong communication skills — able to work directly with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels and explain data clearly.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus: exposure to dbt or another transformation framework.

Responsibilities

  • Own the cross-functional marketplace pulse: Lead recurring, cross-functional marketplace performance reviews — the holistic view across traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion that no single channel owner has on their own. Come prepared with the data, the narrative, and a point of view, not just a dashboard.
  • Arm channel owners for their own reviews: Partner with channel owners (paid social, SEO, campaigns, etc.) to support their channel-specific performance conversations — providing the data and narrative, and co-presenting where useful — while the channel owner keeps ownership of that conversation and the decisions that follow.
  • Marketplace metrics ownership: Keep a constant pulse on our key marketplace metrics (traffic, engagement, lead volume, conversion, etc.), and know immediately when something moves.
  • Proactive issue & opportunity surfacing: Spot performance shifts, anomalies, and emerging opportunities before stakeholders raise them, and bring a recommendation, not just an observation.
  • Performance evaluation: Partner with Product and Marketing to analyze feature launches, campaigns, and initiatives — helping teams understand what's working, what isn't, and why.
  • Insights & recommendations: Turn data into clear, actionable insights that inform product and marketing decisions, not just retrospective reporting.
  • Self-service reporting: Design and build dashboards and reporting tools (Looker/Sigma) that let Product and Marketing teams answer their own questions without needing to come back to Data for every ask.
  • Hightouch model maintenance: Update and extend Hightouch audience models to support new audience definitions, segments, and use cases as Marketing's targeting needs evolve.
  • Catalog feed support: Build and maintain new catalog feeds, ensuring data flowing to downstream marketing and syndication channels is accurate and timely.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Build trusted, ongoing relationships across Product, Marketing, and other stakeholder teams — you're a go-to resource, not a ticket queue.
  • Data quality & documentation: Help maintain the reliability of underlying models that Product and Marketing reporting depends on, flagging issues upstream when something looks off.
