About The Position

The Senior Product Analyst supports the delivery and ongoing operations of new and existing AT applications. The role partners with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to analyze product performance, contribute to roadmap execution, and ensure operational integrity. It applies communication and analytical skills to support solution design, measure outcomes, and improve operational efficiency throughout the product lifecycle. The analyst supports product development, enhancement, and optimization; evaluates quantitative and qualitative information; documents and improves business processes; and provides end-user application support. The role also contributes to product requirements, roadmap and backlog execution, measurable outcomes, solution design, operational stability, data sourcing decisions, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communication. The position participates in agile ceremonies and applies data subject matter expertise to improve product capabilities and user experience.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a product analytics role.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the development, enhancement, and optimization of solutions and capabilities using business, technical, and operational knowledge.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative information and product data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Research, assess, and document business processes, identifying best practices, pain points, and opportunities for standardization and improvement.
Facilitate process design and improvement with cross-functional teams, and promote adoption of effective processes and practices.
Provide end-user application support by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support product roadmap execution.
Assist in defining product requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with technical and business teams on solution design and implementation.
Establish OKRs and/or KPIs to define measurable goals and track outcomes.
Support prioritization of product backlog items based on business value and impact.
Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers that affect delivery or operations.
Help maintain operational stability and performance of data products.
Manage vendor relationships, facilitate issue resolution, and advocate for business and operational needs.
Analyze downstream impacts of data sourcing decisions on solution design and KPIs.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to effective sprint execution.
Develop documentation and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Apply data subject matter expertise to support development and enhancement of data products.
Provide product data insights and recommendations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance product capabilities.
