About The Position

GPJ is hiring a Sr. Producer to join our growing team. This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: Austin, Boston, Detroit, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, or San Francisco. We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Senior Producer with a deep background in project management to provide production and operational oversight for a growing program with a very cool technology client. In this role, you will lead the Integrated Production team and partner closely with Account Management to drive overall program delivery. You will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient project management workflows and assisting in shaping the long-term vision of the program.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior-level project management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling PM infrastructure, workflows, and templates from scratch.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project lifecycles directly involving custom fabrication processes, permanent installations, museum exhibits, or large-scale experiential design.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to translate complex technical/production realities into clear project updates for high-profile clients.
  • Experience managing 2-3 direct reports a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement project management workflows and templates to streamline production efficiency.
  • Lead a team of Producers and Event Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Partner with Account Management to manage overall project scope, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary client POC at the program level, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Lead external meetings and facilitate master roadmap discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver comprehensive weekly status reports on all active projects to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Acts as the primary operational link between project leads, fabrication, engineering, creative, and vendors.
  • Manage the delivery of an active Product Development pipeline, establishing high-level quality criteria and programmatic standards.
  • Oversee permanent installations of fabrication and technology elements, serving as the primary backup POC for on-site execution and logistics coordination when required.
