About The Position

Thinkingbox is seeking a Senior Producer with strong motion and post-production expertise to lead integrated campaigns across digital and content. This role involves working with global clients in the gaming, tech, and entertainment industries, supporting projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a core strength in producing motion-led initiatives, managing shoots, crews, and post-production workflows, and ensuring cohesive campaign delivery. The role requires comfort in navigating complexity and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Requirements

6+ years of production experience, with strong motion and post-production expertise
Experience producing integrated campaigns across motion, digital, and content
Solid understanding of production budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing
Experience working with agencies and top-tier brands
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to travel for shoots as needed

Responsibilities

Lead production for integrated campaigns with a strong motion and post-production component
Own all phases of production, from scoping and timelines through shoot logistics and delivery
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to align across disciplines
Manage vendors, production partners, and freelance crews
Serve as the day-to-day production lead with clients
Problem-solve to maintain creative quality while protecting schedules and budgets
