We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join the North America Sponsored Production team. The Senior Producer will work directly with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to create best-in-class creative for Snapchat. This role will require management and oversight across multiple campaigns for top tier clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, have excellent communication skills in client and vendor management, and possess strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.

Requirements

Creative, agency, and/or tech experience
Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail
Ability to constructively navigate ambiguity and uncertainty
Proficient in Keynote, Google suite, and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
6+ years of project management or production experience
Experience working with advertising clients in a support function
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience managing a heavy workload
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage ever-changing priorities in challenging situations
Strong communication skills - clear and direct written and verbal

Experience working in augmented reality production environments
Experience with influencer marketing/talent management agencies
Familiarity with augmented reality and video trends
Understanding of current social media and Creator landscape
Experience working in Salesforce, Monday.com

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and lead production for complex, multi-format, high-visibility, and innovation-led advertising campaigns, establishing clear timelines, processes, and ownership across advertisers, vendors, and Snap teams to drive efficient, high-quality execution that supports business growth.
Anticipate risks and challenges throughout asset development and production, proactively developing creative and scalable solutions to keep projects on track.
Lead complex workstreams and contribute subject-matter expertise to vertical, market, and broader production strategy, in support of overall Production organization goals.
Mentor Producers, oversee case distribution, and identify opportunities to improve workload management and team effectiveness.
Provide ongoing strategic guidance and feedback to external creative services partners, ensuring alignment with Snap standards, production best practices, and business objectives.
Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing improvements to production processes, project management workflows, tooling, and work distribution to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Maintain strong operational rigor and data integrity across projects through consistent tooling hygiene, accurate project tracking, and adherence to established processes.
Act as a creative ambassador for Snapchat, championing platform guidelines, creative best practices, and innovative approaches that help advertisers maximize the impact of their campaigns.
