Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Monopoly GO! team in our Culver City studio hub, or remotely within the US or Canada. Requirements
- Exemplified experience within mobile game production
- Ability to adapt and complete tasks on the fly
- Skilled in facilitating cross-team discussion, organization and planning
- Outstanding communication skills; adept at articulating sophisticated business situations to a variety of audiences
- Validated influential skills with ability to keep teams motivated and engaged
- Confirmed understanding of Agile with its standard practices and understanding of the full SDLC
- Steadfast self-motivation and initiative
- A strong passion for making top quality games that players love
- Curiosity on using AI tools to improve your day by day workflow and productivity
Responsibilities
- Support live game incidents, including on call hours
- Be responsible for the End to End feature team’s development pipeline and process
- Ensure feature development and delivery is timely and of the highest quality
- Coordinate, prioritize, moderate and control all production activities in the assigned feature team
- Support the pod in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and thinking
- Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needs
- Set up effective, concise, clear and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team
- Lead process improvement initiatives that will aid in improving feature development or overall production pipeline
