About The Position

Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead Sustainable Procurement and Procurement Transformation for its U.S. brands. This role will focus on supplier engagement, Scope 3 priorities, sustainability integration, process standardization, and supporting the rollout of source-to-pay tools in 2027. The successful candidate will embed sustainability into sourcing and supplier management, enhance governance and reporting, and ensure U.S. requirements are incorporated into global procurement design. This position will strengthen Procurement's ability to achieve the Company’s sustainability and operating-model priorities by connecting Global Source-to-Contract with brand-led Procure-to-Pay teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field
Extensive job knowledge (8-12 years)

Responsibilities

Lead supplier engagement and Scope 3 priorities across the U.S. brands to advance Procurement’s sustainability agenda.
Integrate sustainability requirements into sourcing and supplier-management processes in line with Company commitments and Procurement policies.
Establish governance, reporting, and performance management to track sustainable procurement progress and outcomes.
Connect Global Source-to-Contract with brand-led Procure-to-Pay teams to standardize procurement processes, policies, and ways of working.
Collect and define the procurement-related needs and requirements of the US brands and represent their inclusion in global procurement process and technology design, including support for the 2027 rollout of source-to-pay tools and processes.
Lead stakeholder engagement and change management across Procurement, Sustainability, and the U.S. brands to embed new practices and achieve adoption.
