The Senior Procurement & Fleet Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day procurement and fleet operations across Modern Niagara’s national footprint. This role is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, supporting vendor interactions, assisting with pricing and contract coordination, administering vendor rebate programs, and coordinating fleet operations for approximately 500 vehicles. Reporting to the Procurement & Fleet Manager, this individual works closely with Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure procurement and fleet activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with business needs. This role offers opportunity to build capability in vendor management and procurement processes over time, with potential to take on broader responsibilities as experience and proficiency develop. Strong procurement practices and effective fleet management are critical to delivering projects efficiently and competitively. This role helps ensure vendor performance, pricing structures, and fleet operations are consistent, scalable, and aligned with evolving business demands.
