About The Position

International Motors is seeking a driven, analytical, and collaborative Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement Team within the Cabin Tower, supporting Sustaining and Advanced Engineering programs. In this role, you will work alongside Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, and suppliers around the world to bring new products to market. You will help identify innovative supplier solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, drive cost competitiveness, and ensure critical programs launch successfully. This is a high-visibility position offering exposure to executive leadership, global suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience OR Master's degree and no experience OR At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering and Category Management Teams to support new product development and advanced engineering initiatives.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and develop sourcing recommendations that optimize quality, delivery performance, innovation, and total cost.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements including piece price, tooling, packaging, and supplier investments.
  • Participate in cross-functional program reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex supply chain and product development challenges.
  • Present sourcing strategies and business recommendations to leadership teams.
