About The Position

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Procurement Analyst - Analytics & Systems to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role will report to the Sr. Procurement Category Manager - Analytics & Systems. It will assist with ownership, administration, and continuous improvement of the Procurement Team’s core technology and analytics solutions. It plays a critical part in enabling scalable, data driven procurement operations by ensuring sourcing and analytics platforms are effectively configured, governed, and aligned to business needs. A primary focus of this role is serving as the system administrator for the Levelpath sourcing and supplier management platform, supporting third party vendor relationships across the enterprise. In addition, this role supports the enhancement of the Procurement Team’s data and reporting framework through the continued implementation and optimization of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and SpendHQ. The ideal candidate brings a combination of process ownership, technical fluency, strong data judgment, and business partnership, with the ability to translate evolving procurement and stakeholder needs into sustainable system and analytics solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, procurement analytics, or procurement systems roles.
  • Demonstrated experience administering or owning procurement or sourcing platforms (e.g., Levelpath, Coupa, Ariba, Workday, etc.).
  • Experience developing or supporting procurement analytics using BI tools such as Tableau, SpendHQ, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of independently supporting systems, processes, or analytical frameworks with limited oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Levelpath, ensuring effective configuration, governance, and adoption across Procurement.
  • Manage user access, workflows, templates, approval structures, and data standards to support sourcing events and third-party vendor lifecycle management.
  • Act as the central point of contact for system issues, enhancements, vendor coordination, and roadmap planning related to procurement platforms.
  • Translate Procurement and stakeholder requirements into system configurations or enhancement requests, balancing usability, control, and scalability.
  • Assist with the evolution of Procurement’s analytics framework, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting platforms.
  • Oversee and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau and SpendHQ to support spend visibility, supplier insights, and performance tracking.
  • Define and maintain data models, hierarchies, and business rules that enable repeatable, trusted insights across Procurement and Finance.
  • Partner closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk to align procurement technology capabilities with enterprise systems and data strategies.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on procurement platforms, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, data interpretation, and best practices.
  • Influence adoption and change by combining technical understanding with clear communication and business context.
