Requirements

The ability to identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
The ability to mentor and coach junior analysts, as well as work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
The ability to manage financial systems, including ERP, EPM and other financial software and tools.
The ability to communicate financial data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting findings to senior management and responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ability to use technology tools and software to manage financial data, track payments, and communicate with stakeholders.
The ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or anomalies.
An understanding of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and analysis.
The ability to analyze complex financial data using analytics and statistical methodologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, including providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
The ability to develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions, including assessing the impact of different scenarios and variables.
The ability to prepare reports and visualizations to communicate financial data to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
5+ years of related experience
Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Responsibilities

Identifying opportunities to improve financial systems processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentoring and coaching junior analysts, as well as working effectively as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Providing system administration, maintenance, support and enhancement to the company's financial systems, including ERP, EPM and other financial software and tools.
Communicating financial data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting findings to senior management and responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Analyzing complex financial data using data science techniques to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Informing the design, development, and implementation of financial models and forecasts to support business decisions in the form of reporting and visualization used to communicate to stakeholders including senior management.
