Senior Procurement Agent
About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role involves interpreting and enforcing contract terms and conditions to minimize risk and maximize benefit for the Company. The Senior Procurement Agent will prepare and execute negotiation strategies, resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. They will also support Procurement Agents as a subject matter expert in contracts and contracting matters, and draft modifications to PIA/NDAs, Goods contracts, bailment agreements, and other agreements to support commercial Spares. This role requires interaction with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing the procurement process including coordinating with business partners and providing functional support
- 3+ years of experience leading contract negotiations for a variety of complex terms and conditions
- 3+ years of experience with contract management
- 3+ years of experience with contractual risk management terms
Nice To Haves
- Juris Doctor Law
- SAP, Procurement Systems and AI tools for contract management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Aviation related field
