About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Philadelphia, PA or St Louis City, MO. This role provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. The agent will lead the negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions, prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements, and interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions. The role involves consulting with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues and leading supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Additionally, the agent will participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

Requirements

8+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
5+ years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review, preliminary design review, critical design review, parts procurement, installation, testing, and delivery
5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
Domestic and international travel as needed
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
Partnering w/ Program and Engineering teammates to provide the best sourcing solution for programs.
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
