Requirements
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Cash Services Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and make decisions quickly
- Facility to organize and prioritize work activities
- Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
- Strong critical thinking and active listening
- Available for days, evenings and overnight shifts
- Ability to work in a noisy environment with a great deal of physical movement required
Responsibilities
- Providing training and supporting the cash processing staff on procedures to ensure a successful operation
- Coordinating the cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Making daily reports for customers
- Maintaining accurate records in accordance with the standard operating procedures
- Monitoring product quality and following established procedures
- Maintaining inventory control of all production supplies/equipment used in cash processing
- Troubleshooting and resolving processing problems
- Recommending processing systems modifications to enhance safety, quality, machine efficiency and productivity
- Other connected tasks
