Senior Process Engineer
About The Position
Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers. Troubleshoot filling and packaging equipment and provide solutions to prevent downtime. Define, evaluate, and improve equipment and systems Manage internal needs including change controls, SOPs, records, timelines, budget, etc. Manage small-to-mid size projects related to process equipment and manufacturing. Assist in the design review, site acceptance and installation of equipment. Evaluate and improve on manufacturing processes. Serve as the technical expert for the assigned area in filling or packaging Develop and improve existing processes and methods for control and troubleshooting of manufacturing technical problems.
