Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline AND four (4) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment or High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience applying statistical methods and engineering tools to analyze data and support problem-solving activities
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience presenting and communicating technical information to stakeholders through verbal and written communication methods
  • Experience leading or supporting technical projects and initiatives involving multiple priorities or stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Providing process support for existing and new operations in the manufacturing facility
  • Leading and/or contributing to various cross functional teams/projects
  • Project planning, management and implementation
  • Participating in continuous improvement project initiation, leadership, execution and measurement
  • Providing support for new product scale-up and commercialization
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
